Executive Assistant-Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support our executive team with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, communication, and special projects. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience in executive support and nonprofit operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. Prepare agendas, emails, documents, and meeting notes. Help with research, project coordination, and tracking deadlines. Maintain organized digital files and databases. Provide professional communication with staff and external partners. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
