Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Lead to join our team in San Bernardino CA . As a Logistics Lead youll coordinate daily warehouse logistics activities ensuring safety quality and productivity standards are consistently met while supporting continuous improvement and team development.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Establish standard work and support training of team members
• Coordinate labor and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Support shipping and receiving operations including forklift backup when needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system deployments
• Identify and address safety hazards through audits and proactive initiatives
• Communicate performance concerns to the shift Team Leader
• Escalate maintenance quality and safety issues to leadership
• Identify opportunities to eliminate waste in systems and processes
• Support onboarding and training of new hires
• Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
• Other duties as assigned
  

Position Details: Plant Location: San Bernardino CA
Work Week & Shift: Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm - 6:00am
Compensation: $28.00 / hour $1.50 / hour shift differential

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Experience operating Raymond brand stand-up forklifts
• No immigration sponsorship available for this role
  

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Prior SAP experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
• TPM knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound warehouse operations
• Basic understanding of transportation processes
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma systems
• Experience in a lead or backup lead role
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$28.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
