Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Otolaryngology (ENT) physician. The candidate should be comfortable providing all general and surgical ENT services and maintain a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. This role will be based in Valencia, California but will also provide some coverage at Mission Hills facility. Full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule Provide coverage at Valencia location and Mission Hills facility Call will be 1:3 with nights and weekends Panel call is available and optional, compensated by an additional stipend from the hospitals Provision for the establishment of a cosmetic practice is not expected Experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply Compensation is between $420,000 and $530,000 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
