Weekly Pay $2319 - $2519 Shift Shift 8 Hour Day Shifts Per Week 5 Scheduled Hours 40 Start Date 09/14/2026 End Date 12/19/2026 Duration 13 Week(s) Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Acute Rehabilitation Unit Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with guaranteed hours of 32 per week. Expect to work every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The SLP will engage with adult rehabilitation patients who have a variety of diagnoses, including neurological, orthopedic, and other medical conditions that require ARU level of care. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' communication and swallowing abilities. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Document patient progress in an EHR system (Meditech). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in California. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience in Acute Rehabilitation, particularly with MBS/VFSS, is preferred, but candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply. Why ARMStaffing?
