We are actively seeking seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters . This role transcends traditional recruiting; it serves as a dynamic launchpad. Your mission will involve managing full-cycle placements and nurturing vital client partnerships. With some of the industry's most competitive commission packages, your efforts will be directly rewarded as you create tremendous value for clients. Your Responsibilities
- Steer Full-Cycle Searches from initial briefs through to successful placements.
- Act as Influential Client Partner, delving into their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Employ Strategic Sourcing techniques leveraging our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and our innovative communication platform.
- Utilize Our Advanced Platform to coordinate candidates, maintain outreach, automate follow-ups, and ensure seamless organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that generate residual value for clients and significant commissions for you.
- Share Your Expertise in thought leadership as we foster and elevate both your brand and ours.
- Access to a Comprehensive Tech Platform: Enjoy the efficiency of a unified CRM, ATS, and marketing communications system. Bid farewell to juggling various tools and the chaos it creates.

- 2-3+ years of agency recruiting or sales background, preferably in healthcare.

- Proven experience in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Competent with ATS/CRM systems, with a readiness to learn our procedures.
