Surgery - Vascular Physician

A premier healthcare system in west Texas is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join a well-established group practice, a role opening up because of tremendous, sustained growth, not attrition. You'll walk into a well-established patient panel with a tremendous community reputation, practicing across two beautiful, modern campuses, both benefiting from a recent $20 million expansion and state-of-the-art technology, including robotics. The schedule is built for a serious surgeon with real balance: Monday through Friday with just 1-2 surgical days per week, a manageable 10-15 patients in clinic per week, and 8-10 procedures per week, mostly outpatient with inpatient consult coverage as needed. All of this sits inside a 5-hospital network with 900+ physicians, 120+ years in the market, and a massive referral base, in a city that offers mountains, sunshine, and zero state income tax on top of it all.
