HR Business Partner: Talent Development & Performance

Lactalis American Group is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner based in Buffalo, NY. This role supports business leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle, placing a strong emphasis on performance management, training coordination, and employee relations.
