Law Student Recruiting Specialist For the Chicago Office of a Global Law Firm Responsibilities include: Manage all aspects of law student recruiting for the Chicago office, including summer associate and entry-level hiring. Partner with hiring partners, recruiting committees, and office leadership to execute recruiting strategies and hiring initiatives. Coordinate the summer associate program, including orientation, training, evaluations and social events. Build relationships with law schools, career services offices, and student organizations to strengthen recruiting efforts. Oversee candidate interviews, communications, and recruiting data while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with recruiting colleagues across offices on firmwide recruiting, integration, and talent development initiatives. Qualifications include: 4+ years of law firm recruiting or professional client‑service experience; Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with partners, associates, law students, and business professionals while providing outstanding client service.
