Responsibilities:
- Running and monitoring all store operations
- Oversee all store departments and various department managers
- Work with employees
- Create work schedules
- Communicate and place orders and/or oversee orders with suppliers
- Deal with customer complaints
- Be a team player and create a healthy work culture
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
