Learning Consultant

St. Joseph’s Academy, a Catholic college-preparatory high school for young women in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking a full-time Learning Consultant for the 2026-2027 school year. The position begins on August 1, 2026. The Learning Consultant works with the Student Support team and assist in providing individualized learning support, strategies, academic coaching, and skill development. He or she will work collaboratively with colleagues, counselors, parents, and administration in the identification of student needs, and develop support plans to support student growth and independence within St. Joseph’s Academy’s college-preparatory school.

The Learning Consultant serves as a resource for students who need additional academic support, helping them develop executive functioning skills, organization strategies, study habits, time management skills, and self-advocacy skills necessary for success in high school and beyond. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, learning support, special education, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
