Job Title: Leasing Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Salary: $70K-$80K Description Seeking an experienced leasing professional for a dynamic real estate team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will manage leasing operations, draft leases, and oversee renewals while ensuring compliance with NY housing programs. Responsibilities Draft and process residential leases Send and manage lease renewals Coordinate leasing activities and tenant communications Work with NY housing programs and Section 8 Utilize AppFolio for property management tasks Qualifications Prior NYC leasing experience required Strong knowledge of NY programs and Section 8 (mandatory) Experience with AppFolio preferred Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
