Leasing Manager

Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive atmosphere for residents. Drive leasing performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the success of the property. Maintain accurate records in property management software and process leases. Actively conduct outreach marketing on campus and with local businesses. Promote resident satisfaction through effective leadership and staff development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with property management software, preferably Entrata. Familiarity with both market-rate and LIHTC programs is a plus. Understanding and adherence to Fair Housing and EEO laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
