Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Braintree, MA - OnsiteYour Responsibilities:Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and interacting with customers daily in personSupport internal sales team by providing overall technical support and researching options including, but not limited to, receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, warranty administration and overall customer complaintsResearch competitive information to competitively price all inventory while maintaining a solid profit marginCreate a comprehensive marketing strategy for the direct sales parts office and determine the most efficient avenues to achieve or exceed overall revenue goalsDrive customer policy enhancements based on need and makes exceptions to customer policies and procedures where appropriateGrow current customer base by growing the number of customersPursue new strategies to increase total store sales both through current and new customersMake regular sales calls to customersOther duties as assignedYour Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDBachelor's Degree (Preferred)4+ years of parts store experience or a combination of education and experienceExperience with HVAC counter sales (Preferred)Forklift Certification (Preferred)Microsoft Office Suite proficiencySuperior communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailDemonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethicYour Benefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceThe typical starting salary for this position ranges from $38.08 - $62.69 per hour plus a targeted sales incentive plan in Massachusetts. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
