Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is ideal for experienced professionals skilled in Cath Lab procedures, ready to deliver high-quality imaging support and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll be instrumental in providing seamless cardiac care, leveraging your expertise in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Schedule

• 10-hour day shifts (0730-1800)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Weekend rotation: two weekends per month
• On-call: 1–2 nights per week, plus two weekdays of call per month (details discussed during interview)
• Holiday coverage: one per contract, if needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cath Lab Tech; strong knowledge of cath lab imaging procedures
• Current certification (RCIS or equivalent), with up-to-date credentials in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Versatility in handling an array of imaging equipment and technology
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, angiography, and other cath lab cases
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and sterile techniques
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records in accordance with facility requirements
• Respond quickly and effectively during critical situations, including on-call emergencies
• Work efficiently on weekends and occasional holidays as scheduled
