Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across the property
• Install or reconfigure electrical circuits as needed
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately
• Install new layouts for gaming tables as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
• Conduct daily property walkthroughs and perform necessary repairs
• Replace lighting fixtures and bulbs throughout the property
• Operate machinery and equipment such as forklifts (training provided if necessary)
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members
• Take initiative in identifying and correcting unsafe work practices or facility conditions
• Adhere to departmental and company policies, including attendance guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous facilities experience required in HVAC, electrical, locksmithing, plumbing, kitchen systems, and general maintenance
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to learn and understand company and departmental policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to apply common sense and sound judgment to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructionsStrong problem-solving skills in standardized situations involving multiple variables
• Capable of making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety
• Able to assess situations and respond appropriately to guest needs, operational challenges, or unexpected events
• Demonstrates logical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively during peak business hoursAbility to interpret and follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintains professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
