Job Description

The Ultraviolet Environmental Services Technician is responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks in patient and resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and other assigned areas. These tasks must be completed in accordance with the standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department and the facility and hospital standards and objectives. The technician will operate the Xenex disinfection machine or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in various hospital areas as assigned.
• Adhere to standard procedures and facility and hospital standards.
• Operate Xenex disinfection machine or similar equipment.

• 6+ months of work experience
• 6+ months of customer service experience preferred

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to greet customers and inquire about their stay and needs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
