What You'll Do:
- Greet visitors and assist clients in both English and Spanish.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, translating verbal and written communication as needed.
- Schedule interviews, appointments, and meetings, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, data entry, and general office documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Must have at least 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (required).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Pay: Up to $20/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
