Job Description
At Frontier Cooperative, we believe agriculture is more than a business, it's a way of life. As an agricultural leader serving Nebraska's farming communities, we provide a comprehensive range of grain, agronomy, feed, and energy products and services. But what sets us apart is how we do it: with integrity, with quality, and with a deep commitment to the communities we're proud to call home. We're looking for people who share those values and want to grow with us.
What you'll do:

- Change oil and filters; fix tires; replace bearings, brakes, belts, bulbs, fuses, wipers, and hydraulic hoses
- Perform preventive maintenance on dryer fans and elevator structures
- Keep all equipment clean inside and out to promote safety and a positive company image
Customer service & retail
- Greet customers promptly, listen to their needs, and resolve issues or escalate to a supervisor
- Assist customers loading products and secure loads for safe transit
- Stock and rotate shelves, maintain proper product storage, and assist with inventory counts
Grounds & facility

- Follow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA, state, and federal regulations
