Deutschland has five million care-dependent people and a system that does not work. We are building the new.

Marta is the operating infrastructure for the German 24-hour care market a profitable scale-up with over 60 employees in Berlin, Bonn, and other locations in CEE. Our platform connects Eastern European caregivers with German families and makes a dignified care plan predictable, transparent, and affordable.

Our franchise network is the central growth lever: today we work with around 50 partners our goal is to cover all of Germany with 250 partners. For the right person, Austria and Switzerland are on the table next.

You build our franchise network. Specifically, this means: you identify and acquire new franchise partners individuals, aspiring care entrepreneurs, and industry actors who want to build their own business with Marta or expand their existing one.

This is largely a sales role: you are on the phone or in meetings every day, process leads, maintain the CRM, and work diligently on your pipeline. At the same time, you think strategically you test new channels, develop ideas for lead generation, and prepare fairs and events.

The right mix for you: ~70% structured sales work, ~30% strategic development.

What you do specifically:

• Identify, contact, and accompany new franchise partners until the signing of the contract
• Systematically qualify and follow up on leads by phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Maintain the CRM (Salesforce) and adhere to reporting routines
• Use AI interfaces to build new tools and automate processes
• Test and scale new acquisition channels from LinkedIn outreach to industry events
• Prepare and represent at fairs and industry events
• Work closely with the account management team that supports the partners after the contract signing
• Feed market insights back into the team and help shape the franchise strategy

We are looking for someone who brings energy, enjoys communicating, and likes scaling a system. You do not need industry experience in care what matters is your approach and drive.

• Completed degree the field is less important than your path to it
• First professional experience (at least 1 year) in sales, business development, consulting, or a fast-growing company or a convincing start directly from university
• You feel comfortable on the phone and convince through clarity, not pressure
• Structured, independent working style you do not need micromanagement
• German at C1 level or higher, good English
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus, not a must

• 50,00060,000 base salary + bonus per signed franchise partner (target salary 60,00080,000)
