Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (home services industry a plus).
- Excellent phone manner, communication skills, and a warm, professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with field management or scheduling software is a plus (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.).
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
