HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN GRAPEVINE, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This individual will be responsible for providing customer service and support for warehouse-related inquiries, as well as communicating with customers, drivers, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service, warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience preferred and strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Full time schedule
• Located in Grapevine, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support for warehouse-related inquiries
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse personnel
• Assist with coordinating orders, shipments, and deliveries
• Track and communicate order and shipment status
• Research and resolve shipping, receiving, and order discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Enter and update information in company systems
• Assist with general administrative and warehouse support tasks
• Communicate issues and delays to appropriate team members
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when working with customers and coworkers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous customer service, warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional and positive attitude
