Job Summary

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Analyst in Rocklin, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced litigation, construction defect, insurance defense, or construction consulting professional who enjoys complex analysis, detailed case work, and meaningful collaboration with attorneys and experts.

The Construction Litigation Analyst will provide sophisticated case support on construction defect, construction damage, contract dispute, and related litigation matters involving general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, developers, and insurance companies. This is not a clerical or administrative role. It requires a highly analytical professional who can connect construction documents, project activity, alleged defects, damages, parties, and litigation strategy.

This opportunity offers challenging, high-impact work in a collaborative legal services environment where accuracy, critical thinking, and strong case organization are valued. The right candidate will work closely with attorneys, litigation teams, construction consultants, and expert witnesses while contributing directly to case evaluation, exposure analysis, discovery review, deposition preparation, and litigation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, triage, organize, and analyze large construction litigation case files, including electronic document productions ranging from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of records.
- Prepare detailed case summaries, timelines, matrices, and analysis related to alleged defects, project history, damages, repair recommendations, parties, and scope of work.
- Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, invoices, plans, specifications, inspection reports, photographs, correspondence, expert reports, discovery materials, and deposition testimony.
- Identify key facts, missing documents, inconsistencies, causation issues, potential liability, and allocation of responsibility among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other parties.
- Support attorneys and experts in preparing for depositions, mediations, inspections, settlement discussions, expert analysis, and trial preparation.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential case records across multiple complex litigation matters and update analysis as cases develop.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $90,000 to $12,000 per year.
