A&P Mechanic - Aviation Maintenance & Modification (Dayton, OH) Are you a skilled A&P Mechanic looking for a challenging opportunity to contribute to critical aviation projects? We are seeking dedicated professionals to support vital programs that enhance airborne capabilities. A&P Mechanic (Level 1) Experience: 2+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. A&P Mechanic (Level 3) Experience: 5+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. What You'll Do: As an A&P Mechanic, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operational readiness and structural integrity of complex aircraft. Your responsibilities will include: Performing comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and structures. Executing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) tasks on large aircraft platforms. Implementing modifications and upgrades to enhance aircraft performance and capabilities. Working with precision tools and adhering to stringent aviation safety and quality standards. Collaborating with a team of experienced technicians and engineers on high-impact projects. What We're Looking For: Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. Proven hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, as specified for each level. Strong understanding of aircraft systems, structures, and maintenance procedures. Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Commitment to safety, quality, and meticulous workmanship. Must own a complete set of shadowed and engraved tools. Ability to work a 5x10 shift schedule.
