You will play a crucial role in ensuring mission critical parts are sourced and procured to meet the requirements of 400+ global customers. Responsibilities Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day‑to‑day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities. Supports the accuracy, viability and procurability of a 12,000+ line-item customer catalog. Sources security technology materials and services that adhere to the security posture and standards of facilities around the world. Executes FAR‑compliant parts and services competition that delivers best value (cost, lead time, and service levels) to our customers and their mission requirements. Conducts supplier audits, assessments and evaluations to ensure conformance to client’s quality, cost and delivery performance standards. Collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure part metadata is maintained and aligned to current market conditions. Utilizes database and other supply chain tools to execute assigned tasks. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science. Experience: 2+ years of related experience. Technical skills: Experience with IBM Maximo, ERP, and WMS applications. Security clearance level: Secret. US citizenship required. Role requirements: Onsite work in Sterling, VA. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and may fall outside of this range.
