About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse – Tennessee

Start Date: September 7, 2026

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends and holiday requirements; Patient ratio 2-3:1

• Join a 60-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit providing critical care to the region's most vulnerable patients
• Work with state-of-the-art Philips monitoring systems in a specialized pediatric hospital setting
• Documentation systems include Meditech and Centricity Perinatal for comprehensive patient tracking
• Float to comparable areas based on clinical need, ensuring diverse clinical exposure
• Professional dress code with navy, ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs
• Multiple positions available for qualified candidates

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Previous NICU experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• STABLE certification
• Adherence to infection control policies: no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
