About the Role The Sales and Estimating Specialist supports company growth by identifying opportunities, communicating with prospects, visiting sites when needed, and preparing accurate estimates for customers. This role combines sales ability, measurement skills, organization, and confidence using technology in a field-oriented construction business. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for asphalt maintenance and line striping services Build relationships with prospects, property owners, and commercial contacts Measure and assess surface areas to support accurate estimates Prepare clear, professional estimates and communicate scope with customers Use mobile and computer tools to organize leads, notes, and pricing information Work independently while supporting the company's sales growth goals Coordinate with internal team members as projects move from estimate to production Requirements Prior experience in sales or estimating; construction or asphalt industry experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to measure, calculate, and assess surface areas using basic math Self-motivated and able to work independently Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile app proficiency Preferred Qualifications Experience in pavement, striping, property maintenance, or related field sales Ability to build trust quickly with local commercial or property-management prospects Strong follow-up habits and attention to estimate accuracy This is a full-time position serving Gloucester County, NJ and nearby South Jersey markets, with work performed in active field and customer-facing environments depending on role.
