People Relations Specialist - 1 Year Project

Job DescriptionFor this People Relations Specialistproject, your focus will be to guide and enhance the relationship between the leaders and employees within the US Sales Market. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that employment policies and practices align with legal requirements. Understanding the broader business goals in your Sales Market and how people relations strategies align with and contribute to achieving those objectives.
