Position summary: To assist in the achievement of the company's strategic objectives and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Reding Inc's vision, mission, purpose, and values. We are looking for both full- and part-time candidates. Qualifications: High school Diploma/GED. Preferably 2 years of Customer Service experience. Strong ability to communicate clearly with a positive, nurturing manner. Computer Skills Required. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls with courtesy, offering appointment windows and requested lead times. Engage in outbound calling to secure the appropriate number of scheduled calls and club memberships required for a successful service operation. Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the customer database. Work with Dispatch to schedule service calls and debrief technicians with accurate customer information. Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently. Ensure “Club Memberships” are renewed and preventative maintenance appointments are scheduled for technicians. Perform other duties as assigned.
