Benefits Confidential hiring process Competitive wages Paid vacation Medical plan Work from home every other week Work with an established and growing Brokerage with an excellent reputation in the industry Responsibilities Managing residential real estate transactions from accepted offer through to completion Reviewing contracts and related documentation for accuracy and completeness Preparing conveyancing files and coordinating all required documentation Liaising with clients, Realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals Monitoring key dates, conditions, subject removals, completion dates, and possession dates Requesting and organizing strata documents, title searches, mortgage instructions, and other transaction-related materials Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brokerage policies and procedures Providing exceptional client service throughout the transaction process Supporting Realtors with transaction coordination and administrative tasks as required Qualifications Previous experience as a Real Estate Conveyancer, Conveyancing Assistant, or Transaction Coordinator Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions and conveyancing procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple files and competing priorities simultaneously Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate software platforms Experience working in a real estate brokerage, legal office, or conveyancing environment is considered an asset Compensation $65,000+ yearly DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr CoCalibrate Real Estate Solutions
