They’re seeking a resourceful Real Estate Transactional Legal Assistant capable of supporting a group of best-in-class attorneys known to be clear communicators. In this role, you’ll take on a range of responsibilities including proofreading and redlining contracts including leases and purchase and sale agreements, preparing signature pages and closing binders, facilitating asset transfers, and e‑filing. This role requires top‑notch organizational and proofreading skills, as well as strong time management and detail aptitude.
