Contract Senior Recruiter - Finance
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- 05+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition and 01+ years of progressive recruiting techniques including direct sourcing of passive candidates, gathering competitive/market intelligence, job boards, leading-edge internet and social media recruiting techniques, and networking/referral generation.
- Strong candidate assessment skills, direct recruiting, relationship building, and experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.
- The quality of your hires in multichannel marketing.
- A high level of commitment to delivering exceptional service to your hiring managers and candidates.
- Your subject matter expertise with applicant tracking systems software.
Skills:
- Recruiting for finance for professional roles - must have exp in this
- Any ATS exp - specifically workday is a huge plus
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, finance, business administration, or related field; or a combination of education and professional experience or equivalent experience.
