Woodbridge Off-Track-Wagering is a New Jersey Racing Commission licensed pari-mutuel facility open seven days a week, operating both day and night year round. The Assistant Manager position is responsible for the overall operation, management and control of the wagering process at our Favorites @ Woodbridge facility.Management considers guest services as a key factor in the decision of customer entertainment choice. Our goal is to make our customers feel appreciated and welcome in an enjoyable atmosphere.Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays based on assigned shift and business needs.Ability to make our customers feel appreciated and welcome in an enjoyable atmosphere.Supervise Pari-Mutuel Clerks to ensure that operational objectives are achieved; including staffing and drawer balances.Ensure the highest levels of service to maintain customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.Address and resolve customer issues and concerns.Assist in the development, interpretation and enforcement of policies and regulations for the OTW.Coordinate and delegate daily work assignments.Check all Tote machines for daily maintenance and reporting.Run daily reports for bill count for self-service machines.Prepare daily treasurer statements submitted to finance.Skills Required:Management experienceExcellent customer serviceMicrosoft OfficeEXPERIENCE IN HORSE RACING WAGERING KNOWLEDGE A PLUS #J-18808-Ljbffr Darby Development
