Essential Duties And Responsibilities Market Research / Data Analysis Build and maintain financial models, including real estate investment analysis to evaluate opportunities. Prepare internal reports for senior management and create acquisition/investment memos with key insights. Gather and maintain due diligence on acquisitions Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs, determine scope, analyze operations, and document results. Provide accurate reporting, benchmarking, and metrics to stakeholders. Review business processes and company policies to help enhance workflow. Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to create financial models for decision-making. Assist with the development of facility business plans, including annual planning, stretch goals, incentive compensation, and labor focus. Actively supports Wingate's commitment to providing "5 Star" service on all quality objectives, with an emphasis on continual improvement. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Reports to the appropriate managers any known or suspected violations of policy and procedures, regulations or standards of conduct. Performs additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate preferred Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven analytical organization skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
