• 2–8 years of banking, finance, commercial lending, or financial markets experience

• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, investment funds, or corporate borrowers

• Experience with leveraged finance, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, syndicated lending, fund finance, real estate finance, or other complex financing transactions

• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, loan documents, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related financing documents

• Ability to manage transactions and assume significant drafting, negotiation, and deal management responsibilities

• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted

Compensation ranging from $225,000–$500,000+

Sophisticated lender-side and borrower-side finance transactions

Exposure to leveraged finance, private credit, and structured finance matters

Direct client interaction and significant responsibility
