Onboarding Specialist: High-Impact Orientations

Fountain seeks an Onboarding Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. You will coordinate onboarding activities, train new hires, and ensure compliant documentation before start dates, collaborating with recruitment and operations. The role requires comfort with multiple platforms, public speaking, and a high-volume outreach mindset to support educators and staff.
