As a Youth Support Specialist, you'll work directly with youth in the community, building positive relationships and providing individualized support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least 3 years of verifiable experience working with at-risk youth, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
