Job Highlights: - Shift: Night Shift, 7 PM - 7:30 AM - Schedule: 3/12's with 6 weekend shifts per 6-week rotation - Work Environment: Float Pool position requires flexibility to float between departments and multiple facilities Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional patient care by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in delivering safe and effective care to patients. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff. - Supervise and provide direction to personnel delivering patient care.
