General Manager 4 - Food

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4  to lead daily foodservice operations for our food team at HMH Carrier Clinic l ocated in Belle Mead, New Jersey. Carrier Clinic, a behavioral healthcare system in Belle Mead, New Jersey, has an overall licensed hospital capacity of 297 beds . This total includes specialized psychiatric, addiction, and youth residential treatment spaces across its main campus

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations
• Deliver high quality food service
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• Develop strategic plans
• Create a positive environment
• Ensure Sodexo Standards are met

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred”  
• Strong Operations, Finance, Patient, Retail, and Client Relations are essential for success in this role.
• New Unit Opening Experience, ideal.
• A true commitment to Nursing Relationships and the Patient Experience is needed.
• Staff development, engagement, and understanding of regulatory compliance in NJ a plus.
• A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively.
• General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
