Psychotherapist, Outpatient Mental Health Center

The Outpatient Mental Health Center - Columbia offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. What to expect You will work alongside a team of highly skilled clinicians, providing specialized mental health care services. Specific responsibilities include Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services. Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders. Flexible scheduling options. Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards. Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams. Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings. Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on‑call duties. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license , years and level of related experience.
