Pharmacy Data Analyst

As a strategic partner for pharmacy clients, the remote Principal Data Intelligence Analyst (Pharmacy Lead) will manage analytics resources, support client needs, and deliver high-value reporting solutions while leveraging strong pharmacy operations expertise and technical skills. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients and operational leaders, facilitating engagement and understanding of reporting needs Translate pharmacy workflows and operational challenges into actionable data and analytics requirements Lead strategic pharmacy analytics projects from concept through deployment, ensuring quality assurance and user support Required qualifications: Ten (10) plus years of experience in pharmacy analytics, operations, or healthcare analytics Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, processes, and performance measures Experience in facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and managing analytics delivery lifecycle Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with pharmacy stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
