Social Media Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of social media for a well-established consumer brand. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a lean, collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate has successfully owned social media strategy and execution for a large consumer brand, knows how to build impactful influencer programs, and uses data and analytics to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Own the social media strategy and execution across all major social platforms.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through measurement and optimization.
- Leverage social listening, analytics, and performance data to continuously improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
- Identify emerging social trends and translate them into impactful campaigns.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, eCommerce, PR, and agency partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor one direct report while helping maximize agency performance.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, AI tools, and evolving best practices across social media.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive social media marketing experience.
- Experience leading both the strategy and execution of social media for a large consumer brand.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Experience measuring influencer performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI using analytics and data.
- Previous people management experience.
- Strong understanding of today's social media landscape, emerging platforms, and evolving algorithms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools within social media operations.
