DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wondered how search engines decide what's relevant and what isn't? At Welo Data, we're looking for curious, English speakers across the US to join our remote Search Quality Rating team — and help shape the future of AI-powered search.This is your chance to make a real impact on the technology millions of people use every day, all from the comfort of your home.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Evaluate search results and rate how relevant and useful they are to real user queries
• Answer straightforward true/false questions about content quality
• Complete online tasks using clear, structured guidelines — no guesswork
• Contribute directly to improving AI and search engine technologyBenefits:$14.5/hour
Hours: 10-hour weekly target (up to 29 hours/week max)
Pay Cycle: Bi-weekly
