Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses starting at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages: Available to ease the financial aspects of your transition. 401(k) with Company Match: Boost your retirement potential. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (based upon patient attendance). Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children to avoid burnout. No Non‑Compete Clauses: We believe great talent doesn’t need restrictions. Transparent and Expedited Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Center Leadership Path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director. Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds to attend additional training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
