Are you tired of high caseloads, unrealistic billable expectations, and feeling like just another number?
A locally owned, clinician-led ABA provider is growing and looking for a passionate BCBA who wants to make a meaningful impact while being supported by a team that truly values quality care.

✅ Monthly BCBA collaboration meetings
✅ Ongoing mentorship and clinical support from the Director of Clinical Quality
✅ On-site Speech & Occupational Therapy for true interdisciplinary care
✅ Leadership that listens, supports, and invests in their clinicians
✅ Small clinic environment where your voice matters
Population Served:
• Children ages 18 months to 6 years
• Assessments include VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and Vineland-3
