Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary: Compensation range of $84,500 – $96,500, based on experience and clinical expertise. Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded. Paid Time Off: 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates. Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating to join our team.
