Youth Case Manager - Teen Mental Health & Family Support
Comunilife
Comunilife Inc. seeks a Case Manager for Life is Precious in Brooklyn. This non-clinical program supports Latina teens 12-17 with outreach, case management and counseling services.
You will collaborate with families, schools and community partners to expand opportunities, coordinate events, and document progress in client records. Bilingual Spanish is required; a bachelor’s degree in human services is preferred.
