Bilingual Youth Case Manager for Latina Teens

Comunilife Inc. is seeking a Case Manager for its Life is Precious program in Brooklyn, NY.
This full-time role supports teens and families, provides case management and counseling, and coordinates services to prevent suicide risk among Latina girls aged 12-17.
