Korwitts Chiropractic Center has proudly served Downers Grove and the western suburbs for nearly 40 years , providing patient-centered, natural healthcare in a warm, family-oriented environment. This is not a short-term or transitional position. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important, long-term member of our team.

As our Front Desk Scheduler , you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic. You'll greet patients, coordinate appointments, answer questions, manage phone calls, collect payments, and help ensure that every patient feels comfortable, valued, and supported throughout the healing process.

Our multidisciplinary team includes chiropractors, acupuncturists, rehabilitation specialists, and massage therapists , all working together to help patients achieve better health and improved quality of life.

This is a 30-hour-per-week position with a consistent, predictable schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-7:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Wednesday: 1:00 PM-7:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

$20 - $24 hourly

• Welcome patients and create a positive, friendly, and professional first impression

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments both in person and over the phone

• Answer questions regarding clinic services, treatment options, scheduling, and payment methods

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures

• Process payments and explain financial responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage information to patients

• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling information using our EMR software

• Coordinate patient flow to help ensure an efficient and organized clinic environment

• Support the billing team with administrative and insurance-related tasks as needed

• Monitor reports, statistics, and other front-office administrative duties

• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience

• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and upbeat atmosphere throughout the clinic

• Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting

• Experience using EMR scheduling software (ChiroSpring experience is a plus)

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence discussing healthcare services, treatment plans, and financial information

• The ability to educate patients and encourage follow-through with recommended care

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent computer and technology skills

• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
