Pharmaceutical Packaging Technician - 2nd Shift

A Top-Tier Global Clinical Trials Leader in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a Packaging Technician 1 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday 3pm to 1:30am) to join their team. Help deliver critical therapies to patients worldwide while working an attractive 4x10 schedule.

responsibilities:

• Label, assemble, and package pharmaceutical products in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Perform manual or automated filling and packaging of blistered and bottled clinical products.
• Accurately count and prepare packaging components to ensure exact material accountability.
• Sanitize packaging rooms and machinery following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear required PPE in cold storage environments (-8°C to -20°C).

 
qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity required for precise, repetitive assembly tasks.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, bend, and meet vision/focus requirements.
• Willingness to work in cold storage environments (-8°C to -20°C) with required PPE.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM) plus overtime as needed.
