Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Addison, IL area, is seeking packer to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!



Packer - 1st & 2nd Shift

Position Details:

• Pay: $15.00 per hour 1st shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 5:45 AM - 1:45 PM
• Overtime Schedule: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Weekend overtime: 5:45 am to 1:45 (Mandatory)
• Pay: $16.00 per hour 2nd shift
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 P

Position Summary:
The Packer is responsible for packaging products on a production line, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a pick-and-pack production line.
• Package products into cartons and boxes.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production goals and quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
